An Alternative Learning Solution
A convergence of two existing learning solutions viz. traditional brick and mortar and a decade old e-learning/ Massive Online Open Courses [MOOCs], the NEW alternative, called Smart Learning & Transformation Solution [SLTS], comprises all the benefits of both the just mentioned solutions but eliminates drawbacks of both. The new alternative includes an Integrated Dual Learning Process, takes into account the emerging lifestyles of learners and leverages the progresses made in Digital technology.
The Strategy Academy
The Strategy Academy [T S A] is born out of a conviction and a strategy. The latter, complementing the sessions conducted by faculty in person, consists of self paced learning, desk/ field research, Action Learning Project [ALP], and inter-participant networking and learning, all facilitating assimilation and absorption of inputs provided, transformation of traits, attitudes and mindset of learners and application of new learning.
