The Strategy Academy (TSA) believes that YOU reflect these characteristics and are keen to fine tune these further. It is also quite possible that you   are keen to develop these characteristics.  To further the process of your self development and also help you become the leader and strategist you always wanted to become, TSA has in its portfolio various programs and activities that are designed to help an individual to find himself or herself regarding where he/she stands vis-à-vis the characteristics described above and equip him/her with intellectual and motivational inputs to become the INDIVIDUAL the Academy believes he/she can become.

In general, the Academy attracts three categories of participants for its various  programs. These participants either come:

• as a member of a  corporate organization  nominating a team to participate in a customized program being organized by TSA

• they can join an open program of the Academy where they are nominated by their respective companies to programs where managers from various other  companies also join

• they can join as  participants of  a specific program in their personal capacity for self development.

In whichever way YOU   join any program of TSA, YOU would belong  to two basic categories:

Those who already possess the above described profile and attitude. They find the TSA programs rejuvenating and a platform for further self development as well as for networking with people having similar attitudes and lines of thinking.

Those who feel they need to work on their conceptual and motivational dimensions to get best out of their already existing skills. Such individuals find the TSA programs adding significant value by way of acquiring strategic and leadership capabilities required to shape the unfolding future.
