The Strategy Academy is first of its kind in India. It specializes in the field of strategic management and stresses the importance of individual and organizational transformation for successful development and implementation of corporate, business and functional strategies, each time there are dramatic shifts in the context. It also believes that development of strategy is the first task to initiate of any significant endeavor and that correct strategic positioning is a precondition for success of the endeavor and its sustainability.

“StrategyFirst – For All and By All” is a core belief of the Academy. This belief requires the Academy to reach, through deploying an ACTIVE MEDIUM, a large number of prospective users from  various locations and train and motivate them to think and act strategically for success and wealth creation. Accordingly, the Academy has decided to deliver all its academic and professional services primarily through LIVE, 2 Way Interactive, DIGITAL platform that will enable the Academy to achieve the following:

• Flexibility [ live programs can be delivered at any pre-announced time of the day and not during a specific time period such as 9am to 6pm]
• Universal availability [ both faculty and participants can join live sessions from anywhere in the world]
• Scalability [ size of  a live class room  can be very large unlike  brick and mortar class rooms]
• Affordability [ because of the just stated 4 advantages, effective cost per head per hour will always be lower than the brick and mortar model]

• A PC or a Laptop
• A minimum broadband service of 256kbps
• A headphone

The broadband service can  be obtained from several sources and these are listed below in descending order of priority:

• Use a high speed broadband data card [ such as the ones introduced by leading  mobile service operators in India during the first half 2009]; this will enable an user of Academy’s LIVE services from anywhere in India implying total flexibility
• Access from the place of work; most offices can deliver to specific PC/Laptop a dedicated  256kbps broadband during specific time period when a session is in progress
• Access from home for which  the user must have  256kbps-2mbps broadband service [this is offered by every service provider these days]
• Access from a Cybercafé available in many places all over India; these cybercafés, such as those set up by Reliance Web Store or Sify Corp, have the infrastructure listed above

The Strategy Academy has been offering programs through LIVE, 2 Way Interactive, DIGITAL platform since March 2008 and more than 30 companies [please see the list given in the home page] have already experienced the LIVE services. The Academy could attract participants as well as faculty from both India overseas because of the universal availability of the  LIVE DIGITAL platform it deployed.
