An Alternative Learning Solution

A convergence of two existing learning solutions viz. traditional brick and mortar and a decade old e-learning/ Massive Online Open Courses [MOOCs], the NEW alternative, called Smart Learning & Transformation Solution [SLTS], comprises all the benefits of both the just mentioned solutions but eliminates drawbacks of both. The new alternative includes an Integrated Dual Learning Process, takes into account the emerging lifestyles of learners and leverages the progresses made in Digital technology.

The Strategy Academy

The Strategy Academy [T S A] is born out of a conviction and a strategy. The Academy facilitates SUCCESS for All, powered by its conviction that individuals and organizations can create and control their futures and destinies, irrespective of what they are up against, and using its own thinking and belief that Success is essentially an outcome of Transformation x Strategy x Action. The Academy uses the new alternative learning solution – SLTS -to design and deliver its various knowledge and skill development programs as well as business and cultural transformation programs.

Integrated Dual Learning Process

The alternative learning solution – SLTS – comprises Foundational Learning sessions conducted by faculty in person as well as guided and monitored Self-paced Individualized and Group Learning Process. The latter, complementing the sessions conducted by faculty in person, consists of self paced learning, desk/ field research, Action Learning Project [ALP], and inter-participant networking and learning, all facilitating assimilation and absorption of inputs provided, transformation of traits, attitudes and mindset of learners and application of new learning.

Affordable Fee and Quick ROI

The alternative learning solution – SLTS -makes it easy for providers of knowledge and skills to eliminate unnecessary infrastructure and non value adding expenses, without compromising quality . As a result, high quality knowledge and skill building programs and transformation programs can be offered with an affordable fee structure vis-à-vis those offered using the traditional brick and mortar based learning solution, implying faster Return On Investment [ROI] for the learners.
