Entrepreneurship Development  and Management of Start-Ups

Introduction

This program covering following subjects  will be offered time to time depending  on specific requirement. Detailed design to be provided at the time of launching the program based  on enquiries received.
  • Mind and psyche of the entrepreneur
  • Planning New Venture -spotting opportunities
  • Planning the  New Venture- strategy and competitive advantage  ,  business model and assessment of feasibility
  • Finding the finances including venture capital
  • Setting up the organization structure and processes, control system and management team
  • Issue of relationship and trust between the entrepreneur and his managers

Duration

2-4 days totaling 10-20 contact hours spread over 1 or 2 weeks.

Batch Size

25 -40 participants. Each of the above programs will be launched within 15 days of closure of admission process. Admission will be on first come, first serve basis.

Program Fee

RS 4000 per day plus service tax. If  program is of 2 days duration, the fee will be Rs 10,000 plus service tax; for a 4 day program the fee will be Rs 20000 plus service tax.
